Great choice for a relaxing vacation for families with children or a group of friends.
Our lovingly furnished 4.5 room apartment is located in the new “Melchtal Resort” on the 1st floor of House C. The apartment can be easily reached with the elevator via the underground car park.
The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people, whether as a family or among friends. It has three spacious bedrooms. These are all equipped with high-quality box spring beds from SwissSense, in the dimensions 180x200, 160x200 and 140x200. There is a large wardrobe in each of the two larger rooms.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with mirror cabinet and toilet and a second bathroom with Italian shower with rain function, washbasin with mirror cabinet and toilet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a cheese fondue set. The dining room invites you to a cozy get-together and is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs as well as a children’s chair.
The spacious living room invites you to relax and unwind and is furnished with a sofa, armchair with stool and living room table as well as a TV.
There is also a covered terrace with a table and four chairs and a gas grill. Thanks to the roofing, the terrace can also be used in bad weather.

- Directly in front of house C there is a table tennis table and a climbing tower with a slide.
- Two further playgrounds are right next door: directly opposite the school building and above the “Znünialp” restaurant.
The resort is located in the village center of Melchtal. Four of the total of six houses have already been completed and occupied, the last two houses are still under construction. The construction site is right next to our house. The shell is almost complete, but construction noise (working days from 7:00 a.m.) must be expected up to and including August 2022.
